Our Extra Virgin olive oils are produced from our own olives, harvested by hand. They undergo a cold extraction system with Pieralisi technology. Upon extraction, they are stored in stainless steel tanks under controlled atmosphere.
All our oils have an acidity lower than 0.2 %.
It comes in two types of bottles: 250 and 500 cc. It is traded in the Uruguayan local market.
Our Lot 8 oils are the result of a thorough harvesting and grinding protocol, which makes them unique. Blends as varieties are determined by a board of Italian expert tasters in order to meet the highest standards of the international market. They are packed in fine and exclusive bottles, which are specially designed for our product.
Lot 8 is almost exclusively destined to the international market.
